Fibre-cement boards

Fibre-cement tiles (non-asbestos) are intended for residential and non-residential buildings, inns, stables and for any structure that needs a roof. Fibrocement products are safe and resistant over time, have low heat conductivity, significant resistance to frost, fire protection (they belong to the group of non-flammable materials). The tiles are resistant against weathering, high and low temperatures, solar radiation, low humidity, snow, are anti-corrosive and do not rot. Fibre-cement boards provide protection against noise, rain and wind. The boards do not condense so you do not need a vapor barrier. They are easy to install and economical. Keeping the roof is a simple matter and does not require significant additional costs.

OSB 3


These are plates made by pressing the three pieces of wood glued with synthetic resin and oriented in different directions. The different positioning of the outer layers strands regarding the core, the special geometry of the strands and a high degree of orientation in the outer layers provide the best technical features and good looks. OSB are used in wood constructions and houses, construction of scenes and shops, concrete formwork and interior design.

OSB plates containing 90% natural wood. They are made from specially selected pine, harvested mainly in the process of thinning the forest.

Primer no. 1 (solvent based)

Bituminous primer – solvent based

PRIMER NO. 1 is a bitumen primer based on high quality bituminous and specially selected organic solvents that can be used to treat the support surface before waterproofing with bituminous membranes.

PRIMER NO. 1 is applied to the porous surfaces to improve the adhesion of the impervious element to the substrate.

Bituminous primer works by blocking dust and by closing the pores of the concrete surface.

The product is ready to use and requires no dilution.

Aquamast (water based)

Water based bituminous primer

AQUAMAST is a bituminous primer made from high quality water-based bitumen, which can be used to treat the support surface before waterproofing with bituminous membranes.

TPO / FPO SINTOFOIL membrane for waterproofing roofs

Product description:

Synthetic TPO/FPO waterproofing membrane produced by extruding a UV resistant thermoplastic elastomer, olefin and flexible, out of polypropylene, reinforced with a layer of polyester mesh. The membrane has contrasting colors on its upper and lower faces, providing a signal layer so that any damage occurred during or after installation will be immediately visible. Available in REFLECTA ALB with upper membrane (top) manufactured with the REFLECTA WHITE treatment, mass developed, covering the entire top layer of reinforcement.

This process improves the reflection and emission characteristics conferring waterproof coating. Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) reaches 102%. RT SINTOFOIL membranes comply CE standards.

SBS self-adhesive

MIDA SELF is a membrane based on distilled bitumen modified with elastomeric polymers (SBS) and thermo-adherent additives. The reinforcement is made out of polyester (P) reinforced with glass fibers longitudinally twisted or longitudinal interweaved fiberglass mat (V). Membrane composition provides excellent adhesion properties, elasticity, cold flexibility (-15; -20⁰C), durability and mechanical strength.

SELF MIDA membranes are manufactured with PE film hot-melt finishing on the upper face.

Overlappable edges and side seating surface of the membrane is protected by a removable silicone film which should be removed before its usage.

Usable domains: waterproofing thermosensitive surface – expanded or extruded polystyrene, or wood.

MIDA SELF is applied by simply placing it in the polystyrene or wood support.

Membrane adhesion to the substrate will be achieved through the heat transfer resulting from:
– heat from the burner flame or hot air jet applied on top of the membrane
– heat from the burner flame or hot air jet while applying the final layer of waterproofing.

SBS green

POLYELAST EXTRA GREEN is a range of membranes based on distillate bitumen modified with polymer elastomers (SBS), reinforced with a composite mat made out of polyester (P).

The bituminous substance is additived with specific substances which prevent root penetration in the membrane structure. These embedded substances withstand high temperatures generated by the heating of the membrane surface with the flame, do not migrate into the soil and are not washed by water.

Altered composition of the membrane offers excellent aging properties, elasticity, cold flexibility (-25⁰C), durability and strength using a suitable polyester reinforcement.

EXTRA GREEN P POLYELAST membranes are manufactured with sand finishing or PE foil on top.
EXTRA GREEN POLYELAST PA membranes are delivered with superior finishing of mineral grains.

POLYELAST EXTRA GREEN membranes’ bottom is protected with a polyethylene sheet that prevents sticking when beeing rolled and which melts during the blistering flames. Proper temperature application can be controlled just by looking for the disappearance of the stamped marks in the contact surface of the membrane.

Usage: EXTRA GREEN POLYELAST membranes are used for waterproofing buried structures (tunnels, hydraulic works, foundations, hanging gardens, etc.).

Thermal insulation system panels – contact facades

Thermal insulating the external walls of a building is a quick way of reducing costs, increasing contribution to environmental protection and energy saving.
Correctly designing the exterior walls of the structure significantly affects the environment inside the building. The conventional single-layered (homogeneous) exterior walls are not the appropriate solution to ensure the current thermal insulation requirements.
A multi-layered structure is recommended for new buildings and for rehabilitation – an additional system for thermal insulation.

In order to keep the interior heated or cool, the outer wall and structure are very important, the structure also taking part on the structural load-bearing of the building.

Partitioning walls

The interior walls have a wide variety of functions and must meet a range of technical parameters of construction. The most widespread are separation walls – non-movable walls, light, made out of plasterboard, which are not part of the backbone of the house – over which a mineral fiber material is applied. For these walls, in addition to mechanical resistance and stability, legal directives stipulate requirements for thermal and acoustic insulation and fire resistance.

Technonicol insulation materials in combination with a system of drywall, provides a wide range of alternatives that could achieve excellent parameters in terms of soundproofing Index (Rw airborne sound reduction), insulation (heat transfer U coefficient) and fire resistance (EI).

Technonicol materials can be used for new installations or additional filler for new or existing partition. Applying Technonicol insulation materials on partitioning walls improve the soundproofing, thermal insulation and fire protection properties.

Floors

Thus, the insulation against impact sound is certainly one of the important parameters of home comfort.
 
A floating floor is the main structure to solve the problems generated by the impact sounds in construction.
 
Floating floor structure usually includes an insulating layer applied over the elastic structure subjected to heavy loads and a protective layer applied over it. Depending on the type of materials used in the protective layer there are two methods to build a floating floor structure:
– The “wet” pour as a protective layer of cement screed
– The “dry” protective layer consists of a slight floor plate (chipboard, plasterboard, etc.)

This project should be done by specialists that will take into account the factual conditions of the building. The main part of building a flat roof is the optimal design and building proper thermal insulation and protection against influences of external factors. The optimal thickness and method of thermal insulation are based on heat loss calculation. The calculation provide also of the degree of condensation of water vapor, which, subsequently, will determine the type of film used as a water vapor barrier.

For flat roofs, it is recommended to use hard materials with adequate compressive strength. Rigid roof plates made from mineral wool are designed for the following structures:
– Steel structured roofs with trapezoidal profiles, monolithic concrete, precast or other supporting structures with mechanical anchoring or with adhesive (new or repaired)

– Extensive green roofs with vegetation cover (with load up to 400 kg / sqm).

Pitched roofs

Pitched roofs are the most common solution for residential buildings, but are also frequently used in nonresidential construction. However 20% of a home’s energy loss is due to the roof.

Pitched roof Technonicol insulation materials bring major benefits: increasing the index of thermal and sound insulation, fire protection, durability and easy application.

The main purpose of thermal insulation of pitched roofs is protection against external effects – rain, snow and wind. The slope provides rainwater and melted snow drainage. The size of the slope varies according to the specific requirements of the type of coating.
Current requirements for thermal performance of buildings, stability for summer / winter conditions, fire safety and noise protection, forces a proper design and installation of insulation in pitched roofs. The insulation can be mounted in several ways: over rafter, between rafters and under rafters.
